Affiliate disclosure

The short version: we earn a commission when you buy through our links, it costs you nothing extra, and it does not change which products we show you.

Last updated August 9, 2026

As an Amazon Associate, Oohunt earns from qualifying purchases.

What that means

Every link from Oohunt to Amazon is an affiliate link. If you click one and buy something, Amazon pays us a small percentage of the sale. You pay the same price you would have paid going to Amazon directly. Nothing is added to your total, and no part of the commission comes out of your pocket.

What it does not mean

Commission rates vary by category, which creates an obvious temptation to push whatever pays best. We do not do that, and the site is built so that we cannot do it quietly:

Prices

Prices are pulled from a product feed and refreshed roughly every six hours. Amazon changes prices frequently, so the price shown here can be out of date by the time you click. The price on Amazon at the moment you buy is the price that applies. Every product page shows when its price was last checked.

We also reject original prices we do not believe. Sellers routinely inflate the “was” price so a discount looks bigger than it is. Where the implied discount is not credible, we keep the product and remove the claim rather than repeat it. There is more on this in how we choose deals.

Other programmes

At present Amazon is the only affiliate programme Oohuntparticipates in. If that changes, this page will be updated before any other programme’s links appear on the site.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, or you think a price or discount on the site is wrong, tell us. Corrections are welcome and we would rather hear about a bad number than leave it up.
