Things worth writing about
- A price or discount that looks wrong. The most useful message you can send. Include the product link and we will check it.
- A product that should not be listed. The content filter covers around twenty-three categories, and it will occasionally miss something. Tell us and it gets added to the rules.
- A product wrongly excluded. The filter is deliberately cautious, so it sometimes catches things it should not.
- Something broken. Page not loading, link not working, layout wrong on your device.
Things we cannot help with
Oohunt does not sell anything. We cannot see, change or cancel an Amazon order, arrange a return or refund, track a delivery, or answer a question about a warranty. All of that goes to Amazon customer service, who have your order and we do not.
Business enquiries
We do not sell placement, sponsored listings, or links, and no amount of money changes what appears on this site. Anything that would compromise that is declined, so please do not ask.
Where we are
Oohunt is operated remotely and has no public office, so email is the only way to reach us. Messages are read by a person, not a ticketing system.
